Hey! I'm Amanda, and I'm an independent author.

Since 2012, I have published five novels, one non-fiction book, a novella, and numerous short stories (some are no longer available). Check out all of my books here.

Fiction-wise, I write in multiple genres, including urban fantasy, young adult, and suspense (sometimes all at the same time).

I have one non-fiction book called Productivity For INFPs (Yes, I'm an INFP). I used to create video courses and workshops, as well as provide one-on-one coaching in this topic area, but I'm not actively doing so now. However, if you have an interest in this area and are looking for coaching/resources, reach out, and I'll see if I can help.

Currently, I'm working on a novel that I'm calling a YA Fantasy Thriller. I'm hoping to finish a first draft sometime soon.

My books are available at a wide variety of online retailers, subscription services, and library catalogues, and occasionally I sell them at in-person events or have them in physical stores. I also have my own ebook store where I sell directly to readers.

I have a couple of published short stories. One is at Everyday Fiction and is called Wild Ride and one is in this anthology and called Hole In One. I also self-publish single short stories at my ebook store, where they live exclusively.

Currently, I also tutor (specifically, test prep--reading/writing/english sections of the SAT/ACT/ASVAB) and pet sit (cats exclusively).

My professional background is varied, but mostly in administrative roles, with some retail thrown in here and there. I spent ten years working for a federal agency, first as an intern and then in research grant administration. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Loyola University Maryland in Psychology (2003) and a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore (2005).

Outside of this, I enjoy hiking/walking/running, cooking and restaurants, cats, board games, and homebrewing (beer and kombucha). I also really enjoy taking on new hobbies and exploring new things in general.

I'm not currently active on any social media, though you will find I have profiles on most major sites.
